Novel submissions must be above 50,000 words and no longer than 100,000 words. If you think you have an idea that we might enjoy please send a QUERY LETTER to Submissions@RainstormPress.com If you're not sure how to write a query letter, please click here for detailed instructions. Your query letter should be no longer than one page and must be pasted into the body of the e-mail. In the subject line please put "Novel/Novella (whichever it is) Submission - "Title" Author Name. Along with your query letter, please attach a Word Doc. containing a one page summary and the FIRST THREE chapters of your manuscript. Expect a response from us within a month of submitting. If you do not hear from us within 30 days, please send us an e-mail asking about your submission. If we find your query letter interesting we will ask for the full manuscript, please allow us 30 days to review it.Payments will be negotiated after we have read and accepted your submission.

Novella submissions are still being accepted, but they will be published as eBooks only.

If your submission does not include a query letter, it will be deleted unread.

• 8 1/2 x 11
• Times New Roman, 12pt, single spaced
• 1" margins, 1/2" indent, Justify with "chapters" center
• No spaces between paragraphs, use *** for scene breaks
• Contact information must be on the first page of document
• No headers, footers or page numbers
• Include a short (2-4 sentences) bio, written in third person at the end of your document.
